Having graduated from Exeter University with First Class Honours in Psychology (BSc), I have turned my full focus and attention towards being a full-time athlete, aiming for the LA 2028 Olympic Games.

An Olympic campaign is a full-time commitment. It demands years of training, competing in international regattas, and constantly improving every aspect of performance. From honing physical fitness and mental toughness to mastering the latest techniques and technology, the journey is all-encompassing.

Preparing for LA 2028 means balancing rigorous training with international competitions. Each regatta provides essential experience, but also requires careful planning and resources - from logistics and travel to equipment upkeep and expert coaching. The road to Olympic success is long and challenging, but it’s a path I’m ready to follow.
